Heritage Properties

I completed these renderings for my company, High Rock Studios, in the fall of 2015. It includes several interior and exterior renderings for Heritage Properties, a real estate development company. The Process:
This is the elevation plan for the larger of the two buildings.
This is the lighting plan for the smaller of the two buildings. I used to to place the black exterior light fixtures seen in the image.
Proposed camera angle diagram for one of the images.
Camera angles for interior. I used this as a guide for setting up the interior renderings.
Creation of the tile material for the red bricks. This Image shows the adjustment of the color and the variance.
Shows site modeling for the parking lot. The pink splines are imported from a DWG file provided by the client. In this case the DWG's splines were disjointed in parts so I had to do some welding and recreating.
